Cape Cod Commercial Linen Service, Inc. completed the acquisition of Barnstable Laundry Co. of Hyannis earlier this month. The acquisition included customers, real estate and equipment of the facility. Over the past couple of weeks, CCCLS has significantly upgraded this facility, purchased state-of-the-art equipment that ensures the finest quality, and refurbished existing equipment to make the "Baxter Road" facility at the same caliber as our existing "West Main Street" plant. CCCLS now will operate two facilities under the same dedicated managment team that has worked so well for the past 22 years.

Cape Cod Commercial Linen Service, Inc. today announced that it had begun the first steps of acquiring Barnstable Laundry Co. These first steps include the transfer of customers to CCCLS for immediate servicing. The sale of the real estate and the business assets is expected to be completed in Feb. 2008.

Cape Cod Commercial Linen Service, Inc. participated in the 7th annual Seaside LeMans. The four hour endurance race benefits local Cape Cod charities. CCCLS has been a proud sponsor for all seven years.
